You can sign up for Neon for free or and upgrade to one of our paid plans when you scale. For information about our Free Tier limits, see Free Tier. For information about Neon's paid plans, see Billing.
Signing up for Neon is easy. Simply navigate to https://console.neon.tech and sign in with your Github or Google account.
After signing in, you are directed to the Neon Console where you can create your first project. For instructions, see Create your first project.
